mobile menu issue with sub menu items

description

When the mobile menu kicks in (on narrow screens) the menu items refresh when you mouse over different menu items IF they are in different sub menus - you can see this behavior on the tidy demo page if you shrink your browser and open the menu list, then roll over the different menu items - notice that as you roll over the sub menu items and then over any other item that the item list refreshes.

Makes it look like a tweaker.

On the demo site it is not so bad, but on a production site with multiple sub menu items it is hard to navigate.

meh - iPads and iPhones don't have a mouse so this is not an issue.

I didn't see a way to delete it.

The menu "fly-outs" use jQuery to create a subtle slide (show/hide) on mouse-over for non-mobile displays. This behavior causes some "tweakiness" when you shrink a browser window to a very narrow width and mouse-over the menu sub-items.

I'll look for a fix in later releases but its impact is very low/non-existent with normal mobile device use.
